Shipping & Delivery

We usually use any of such courier companies as DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT.

All Shoes are shipped from China. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.

Urban Street Fashions is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do and you will be offered a refund(half of them)!

Return/Exchange

-We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.
-Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't want the shoes anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of shoes are darker or lighter thanpictured,shoes do not fit.
-Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoes or size sent, factory defect on shoes,mistake on niketrade.cn's part.
-The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.
